Day 09: Bike 04: Gyantse – Shigatse

Day 10: Bike 05: Shigatse – Before Tso La

Day 11: Bike 06: Before Tso La camp to after Lhatse.

Day 12: Bike 07: Lhatse – Lhakpa La – Before Pelbar (Shekar).

Day 13: Bike 08: Pelbar – Pang La – Tashi Dzong.

Day 14: Bike 09: Tashi Dzong – Rongbuk and explore Everest Base Camp

Day 15: Bike 10: Rongbuk – Tingri.

Day 16: Bike 11: Tingri – Sumdo camp
