Mr. Purna Bahadur Karki (Purna) is a famous personality in Nepal tourism field and is involved in the tourism industry for more than two decades as well as is the founder and managing director of “High Pass Adventure Pvt. Ltd.”. He started as a porter in trekking field from his early age and did assistance guide, camping cook, guide and trekking leader. He has escorted many groups to Everest Base Camp, Everest Three High Pass, Manaslu Circuit, Saribung Pass, Upper Dolpa, Dhaulagiri Circuit, Upper Mustang, Annapurna Circuit, Makalu Base Camp, Kanchenjunga Base Camp, and lots of other popular adventure trekking place. 

Mr. Purna has provided best service during his guiding period and gave them more personalize service than some of other big trekking company as he is friendly and is familiar about the Himalayas. He has done a lot of adventure trek and some of his trekkers had suggested him to open his own trekking business. 

Purna Karki has established his own travel business “High Pass Adventure Pvt. Ltd.” in 2017 to provide the best travel service and share his knowledge and trekking experience to his clients according to their requirements for making best trip in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan.

Mr. Dak Bahadur Karki (Sundar) is a popular person in the field of trekking and mountain biking in tourism sector. He was born in Everest Region and liked to work in tourism sector in Nepal. He has long experience in tourism field. He has been working in this sector since 1998. He started as a assistance guide in this field from early age and did trekking and mountain biking guide and trek leader. He has successfully escorted many groups from Lhasa to Kathmandu Mountain biking, Mt. Kailash tour in Tibet, Everest Base Camp, Langtang Valley, Limi Valley, Annapurna Base Camp, Tilicho Lake, and other famous adventure trekking place. Mr. Sunder gave unforgettable service during this period and shared them more personalize service than some of other larger trekking company could offer. He has a lot of experience and education as well. He did lots of adventure tour, trekking and mountain biking with trekkers and they advised him about opening tourism business in Nepal. He met another guide (Purna) from same village and discussed about creating trekking business together. Both of them did many adventure treks and biking guide. They successfully opened and launched tourism company "High Pass Adventure Pvt.Ltd."

Mr. Ganesh Bahadur Karki (Ganesh) is a popular person in tourism sector. He was born in Everest Region and was interested to work in tourism sector in Nepal. He has long experience in tourism field. He has been working in this sector since 2009. He started as assistance guide in this field from early age and did porter, assistance guide and trek leader. He has successfully escorted many groups to Kailash tour in Tibet, Everest Base Camp, Langtang Valley, Annapurna Base Camp, Tilicho Lake, Makalu Base Camp, Kanchenjangha Base Camp and other famous adventure trekking route. Mr. Ganesh gave unforgettable service during this period and shared more personalize service than some of other larger trekking company could offer. He has a lot of experience and education as well. He did lots of adventure tour, trekking with trekkers and they had advised him about opening tourism business in Nepal. After the advise from the trekkers, he created 'High Pass Adventure Pvt.Ltd.' with his friends and successfully launched it.

Jeremy Blanco received a degree in Sociology and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Irvine. Since then he has taught at an outdoor science school, led conservation teams into the forests for extended periods of time as we built and maintained beautiful trails which you may have hiked on, if you've been in the Cascades of Oregon and Washington State. From there he went on to direct a summer camp in Japan along with spending his free time backpacking and backcountry snowboarding in the wild mountains of Hokkaido as well as getting into the Himalayas. Currently he is in the midst of a cycle/trekking trip starting from Ushuaia, Argentina to Yosemite National Park in California. He is feeling pleasure to be a small part of Purna's team (High Pass Adventure Pvt.Ltd) and see his company grow..

Mr. Gyan Bahadur Magar (Gyan), born in Solukhumbu, is an energetic person in the tourism field. He is a great trekking guide in the Nepal Mountain area, having explored popular trekking destinations such as the Everest Region, Manaslu Region, Langtang Region, and other trekking areas. Starting in 2004, his first career was as a porter for trekkers. He gained a lot of knowledge in the trekking field through his working experience during that time. Since the establishment of High Pass Adventure, he has excelled as a trekking guide and Porter Cum Guide.

Mr. Tika Bahadur Karki, also known as Tika, is an experienced trekking guide and professional guide cum porter for High Pass Adventure Trek. With over 15 years in the trekking industry, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from his experiences. Born into a farming family in the Solukhumbu district, Mr. Tika Bahadur Karki has deep roots in the region and a profound understanding of its terrain and culture.

Starting as a porter, Mr. Tika worked his way up to become a Porter Cum Guide, then an assistant guide, and finally a full-fledged guide. His journey reflects his dedication and passion for trekking and the outdoors.

Mr. Tika is known for his honesty, friendliness, and helpful nature. He is always ready to guide and assist others, sharing his experiences and knowledge generously. His warm and hospitable manner has earned him a reputation for building and maintaining positive relationships with all his clients.

Mr. Gobinda Basnet was born in Solukhumbu of Everest region. He is young and energetic person. Mr. Gobindha Basnet is a great trekking guide in Nepal Mountain area. Since 2009, he started his career as a porter, trekking cook, assistance guide and trekking guide.. He also gained lots of knowledge in trekking field from his working experience during his working time. Since the establishment of High Pass Adventure, he has been a best trekking guide. 

Mr. Nara Bahadur Karki (Nara) was born in Solukhumbu, specifically in Basa Village of the Everest region. He is a young and energetic person in the field of tourism, particularly excelling in trekking in the mountainous areas of Nepal. Beginning his career in 2012, Mr. Nara started as a porter, progressing to become a Porter Cum Guide and Guide Cum Porter. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive knowledge in the trekking field through his hands-on experience. Since the establishment of High Pass Adventure, he has proven to be an excellent leader for private groups in the Nepal Himalayas.

Mr. Rohit Basnet, born in Solukhumbu is a young and energetic person. He is a great trekking guide in Nepal Mountain area. Starting from 2010 his first career was a porter for the trekkers. He got lot of knowledge in trekking field from his working experience during his working time. He also ran popular Everest Marathon. Since the establishment of High Pass Adventure, he has been doing best trek and tour guide. He has been to popular trekking destination in Nepal.
