We offer multiple fixed departure group join dates for the Annapurna Base Camp Trek from March to May and September to November. Departures are scheduled every week, starting from the first Sunday of March and continuing each following Sunday. These months are considered the best seasons for the Annapurna Base Camp Trek, and many trekkers plan their trips during this time. Therefore, it is easy to join one of our fixed departure group treks.
During the summer season (June to August) and winter season (December to February), we do not operate fixed departure group join treks to Annapurna Base Camp, as these periods are less favorable for trekking and fewer trekkers visit Nepal for this route.

Fixed Departure Group Trek Itinerary – Annapurna Base Camp Trek
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer by private vehicle to hotel (1,350 m), overnight stay at hotel
Day 2: Trekking preparation day, including permit processing and gear list check. Overnight at Kathmandu hotel
Day 3: Drive to Pokhara (850 m), 6/7 Hours, Overnight at Hotel
Day 4: Drive to Nayapul from Pokhara and trek to Hille (1,500 m) 2 hours drive and 3 hours walk. Overnight at tea house
Day 5: Trekking to Ghorepani (2,820 m), 6-8 hours walk. Overnight at tea house
Day 6: Trek to Tadapani (2630 M) and up Poon Hill for sunrise views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountain; 6-7 hours walk. Overnight at tea house
Day 7: Trekking to Chomrong (2170 m) 4/ 5 hours walk. Overnight at tea house
Day 8: Trekking to Himalayan (2920 m) 5/6 hours walk. Overnight at tea house
Day 9: Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp (4120 m) 6/7 hours walk. Overnight at tea house

It is designed to suit all trekkers—from beginners to experienced, young to senior travelers—with a moderate walking schedule of approximately 5 to 7 hours per day and a gradual ascent to higher altitudes to help reduce the risk of altitude sickness.
If you prefer a private trek and have your own itinerary, we are flexible and happy to follow your plan. If the schedule does not match your holiday timeframe, we can customize a new itinerary based on your requirements, vacation duration, and budget.
Please note that the suggested timing is approximate. Daily walking hours and arrival times may vary depending on trekkers’ fitness levels, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Sometimes the group may arrive earlier, later, or exactly as planned. We kindly ask trekkers to be understanding and flexible in such situations.
Annapurna Base Camp Fixed Departure Group Trek – Cost
The cost of the Annapurna Base Camp Fixed Departure Group Trek is USD 770 per person, based on a minimum of two trekkers and our 14-day itinerary. This price covers a 13-night/14-day trip from arrival to departure in Kathmandu, as outlined in the itinerary.
The cost includes most essential services such as accommodation, meals during the trek, permits, transportation, a guide, and a porter. Detailed information about cost inclusions and exclusions is provided in the section below.

In addition to the above cost, trekkers should budget for personal expenses during the fixed departure group trek, such as extra food and drinks, private transportation, luxury accommodation upgrades, bar bills, travel insurance, shopping, tips, and personal trekking gear.
Annapurna Base Camp Fixed Departure Group Trek – Difficulty
The Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Fixed Departure Group Trek is considered a moderate-level trek due to frequent ascents and descents along the trail. Some sections can be challenging, with steep stone steps, rocky paths, and trails passing through lush bamboo and rhododendron forests. Certain areas may also be affected by landslides or avalanches, depending on the season. Snowfall and rainfall can make the trek more demanding, and trekkers should be prepared to walk approximately 5 to 7 hours per day.
A moderate level of physical fitness is required, along with good health, a positive mindset, and strong determination to reach the maximum altitude of 4,120 meters at Annapurna Base Camp. Previous experience in multi-day activities such as walking, running, swimming, or cycling at least one month before start the trek is highly recommended to all trekkers.
Hiring a guide and porter is highly recommended for successfully completing the Annapurna Base Camp Group Join Trek without difficulties. Walking at a gradual pace, following the itinerary, staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and wearing proper warm clothing is also essential. Annapurna Base Camp Fixed Departure Group Trek – Best Time
Choosing the best time is very important for the Annapurna Base Camp Fixed Departure Group Trek. The ideal seasons are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November).
