This extra day, end of the trek is a reserve day because sometimes Lukla flights can be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions. In this case you cannot catch your international flight so we don’t want you to miss your international flight back home, so we can use this day for those cases. Note: Please be the responsive that taking a smaller aircraft for flight to the mountain’s region, where located Everest Base camp Trek. Sometime could be bad and critical weather might delay your journey to and from Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu. Himalayan and Hilly Region weather can be changeable sometimes. But we will try to make the best itinerary days as it is possible. In case of flight delay and cancellation situation arises, there you need to extra few days before and after the trekking days from the itinerary. This is 12 days itinerary, but trekking package are 15 days but some time some trekkers want early to come to Nepal, that time please don’t hesitate to tell book your hotel.
