High Pass Adventure warmly welcomes you to Nepal at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). A member of our team will be waiting for you outside the baggage hall, holding an A4-sized paper with your name and our company name.

This representative will escort you from the airport to your hotel in Kathmandu via a private vehicle. Upon arrival at the hotel, you can check in, rest, and freshen up before attending a meeting at our trekking office to discuss the details of your Kathmandu-Pokhara- Chitwan tour program.

You will enjoy breakfast at the hotel and get ready for the Kathmandu Valley tour, starting around 9:00 AM with an experienced tour guide and a private vehicle. The tour will include visits to UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Kathmandu Valley, such as Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath or Pasupatinath Temple, Syambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square—three of the seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the valley. These sites offer fascinating insights into Buddhism, Hinduism, ancient art, historical architecture, and the lifestyle and culture of the people in the Kathmandu Valley.

After breakfast, we must depart from the hotel in Kathmandu around 6:30 am as the tourist bus leaves at 7:00 am. Our guide will arrive at the hotel on time to accompany you to the tourist bus station. The bus journey to Pokhara follows the Prithvi Highway, offering beautiful views of river valleys, small towns, Nepali villages, terraced fields, and lush mountain landscapes. Upon reaching Pokhara, you will check in to the hotel, rest, and then visit the lakeside area for touristic shopping center and restaurant.

If you like, you can visit the Manakamana Temple en route via cable car. The cable car station is located halfway between Kathmandu and Pokhara. Manakamana Temple is a famous pilgrimage site for Hindus, known for granting wishes to devotees who seek blessings from the goddess Manakamana.

Early in the morning (4:30 AM), you will drive from Pokhara to Sarangkot (1,600m, approximately 45 minutes) to witness a fascinating sunrise over the shining Himalayan range. After enjoying your time at Sarangkot, you will return to the hotel for breakfast.

Following breakfast, get ready for a sightseeing tour of Pokhara's famous attractions, including Davis Falls, Phewa Lake, Bindhyabasini Temple, and either Gupteshwor Cave or Mahendra Cave, along with Chamere (Bat) Cave and the International Mountain Museum.

If time permits, you can also visit the Peace Pagoda and the Shiva Statue at Pumdikot.

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel in Pokhara, you will drive to Chitwan. The tourist bus departs at around 7:00 AM and takes approximately 5 hours. The road follows the same route back to Kathmandu until Mugling, where it turns right toward Chitwan. Along the way, you can enjoy views of green hills, rivers, and charming villages.

Upon arrival at the Chitwan tourist bus park, take a taxi to your hotel. After reaching the hotel, check in to your lodge and enjoy lunch.

In the afternoon, you will visit a Tharu village with a local tour guide, where you can learn about the unique local culture. After the village tour, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

This day will be a wonderful experience with the Chitwan Jungle Safari by jeep or elephant. After a delicious breakfast, you will begin your safari activities, which include an elephant safari or jeep safari, canoeing on the Rapti River, and a visit to the elephant breeding center.

Following these activities, you will return to the hotel for lunch.

In the afternoon, you can enjoy a jungle walk or birdwatching with a local tour guide. In the late evening, you’ll have the opportunity to observe a Tharu cultural dance performance at the Tharu Culture Hall. End the day with dinner at the hotel.

This day marks your return to Kathmandu by tourist bus. After breakfast at the hotel, take a taxi or another vehicle to the tourist bus station for your journey to Kathmandu. The tourist bus departs at around 8:00 AM and takes approximately 6 hours to reach Kathmandu.
The drive follows the same route as before until Mugling, where the road turns right and continues toward Kathmandu.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you can rest at the hotel after the long drive. In the late evening, you will be invited to a farewell dinner at a Nepali cultural restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional music and dance performances.
